Initial Membership Term

The initial membership term is the first 3 months of your membership.

 

Enrollment Fee

There is an initial enrollment fee of $49.00. This fee is waived for first time members. If you cancel and re-join the enrollment fee will not be waived.

 

Member Rates

The Wellness Program member rate is $74.00 per month and $74.00 for each additional 60-minute healing service that is not included in your monthly member benefit. Members also receive the member rate for 90 and 120-minute services. Rates are subject to change.

 

Payments
By signing the Wellness Program membership agreement you authorize Ascension Healing Studio to automatically withdrawal your membership dues from the designated account on your automatic payment form on or after the same day each month. The monthly Wellness Program membership fee is non-refundable once it is deducted from your payment account.

 

Ascension Healing Studio may continue to charge your account or cancel your membership in accordance with the terms and conditions of the membership agreement.

 

Your membership is auto-renewable. Following the initial term, your membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis at the membership rate specified in your agreement until your membership is canceled.

 

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Failure to cancel 24 hours in advance or failure to show for an appointment will result in a charge for 100% of the scheduled service. View full cancellation policy.

 

Freeze Account

You may freeze your membership up to 6 months for a $10 monthly fee. Click here to submit a freeze account request.

 

Membership Transfer

Memberships are non-transferable.

 

Gift a Member Benefit

 

Give a monthly benefit to a friend or family member for only $10.

 

Membership Cancellation
All membership cancellation requests MUST be submitted using our cancellation request form. Request to cancel must be received at least 30 days in advance of your next scheduled membership fee payment date.

 

You may cancel your membership during the initial term in the event that (a) you permanently relocate your residence more than 25 miles from any Ascension Healing Studio location, or (b) a physician certifies that you are unable to receive any of our healing services. Documentation must be provided.

 

If you need to cancel your membership early for any other reason, please complete the cancellation request form to let us know your situation. We will determine if your membership is eligible for early cancellation. 

 

Upon approval of your written request for membership cancellation during the initial membership term, you will be relieved from making any future membership dues payments. 

 

You may cancel your membership at any time for any reason with 30 days advanced written notice, after your initial membership period. To cancel your membership, click here.
